As an architect, and I imagine for anyone, The demolition of your former house is fascinating, impressive and NEAT!!, especially, like a song it gives the viewer the experience in a time manageable Thanks
I really like the fact that you are building a modern house, rather than the monoIithic Gothic monstrosities ruining neighbourhoods today – thank you for that. I hope you had all the recyclables removed first. I see the insulation still in the attic, and the redwood timbers being destroyed. Did you have a contractor to remove everything first, and do some research on saving valuable (to the environment, and economy) materials? Old-growth timber can never be replaced, and is far superior to that grown today. The Americans have all this down-pat. As usual Canada is last to the post.
Furthermore, did you have to put the johnny right next to your neighbours?!!!!!!!!!!!!
Good luck in your endeavour!
very cool.
Very nice job with the video! Good quality webcam across the street and many different angles during the action.
It’s also cool to see how quick this phase of the construction process goes with the right crew…
Keep it up!
great video!
