		<description>Indeed - we looked into radiant heat, but it&#039;s FAR too expensive when compared to forced air (at least in our situation... there are definitely cases where it&#039;s cheaper).  We want A/C in the summer (although we&#039;re tying to design/build the home so we won&#039;t need to use it much as usual).  Along the same lines, I would love to go with geothermal + radiant, but we just couldn&#039;t swallow the costs...  so we&#039;ve had to retreat to a more traditional approach)</description>
