Hey Jay – a few things…

Unfortunately, we actually don’t qualify for the rebates. I wrote a little more about it here

Depending on the significance of your renovation, you might have qualified… however, you needed to have the tests done beforehand
You may want to contact the government to see if there are any ways around this, but I’ve come to realize that they aren’t all that generous.

I also demolished an old house and in the process of building a new house. I did not get the audit done before demolition, so do you think I might qualify for any of the new rebates?
